Ep. 37: The other short one?

I dunno. They just made really short podcasts while I was gone. The next one is Me, Spencer and Allan. We will try our best to get all four of us together for the one after that.

A bit of music on this one. Exit Music and Japandroids.

A few things I would like to note:

1. I have watched all of Avatar the Last Airbender. I like this show. I also like the Legend of Korra which follows the story of the next Avatar after Ang. It is possible this is mentioned

on the next podcast. I don’t remember.

2. Screeching Weasel is actually still a band? Still together but on labels that do not share their name.

3. Drive. It was the best movie of 2011. It is or recently was available to watch anytime on Netflix streaming. If you are a consenting adult then you should watch it. post haste.

Ep. 36: The short one

Ok, so this one had a litany of technical issues. I

cleaned it up as best as I could. The podcast just kind of ends. So don’t be frightened when that happens. I warned you specifically so you would not be frightened.

Basically just music and movies this week.

The Passion Pit song is titled “I’ll Be Alright” and will be on the new Passion Pit album Gossamer which will be out July 24th. Sounds good so far!

Ep. 35: With a Vengeance!

Packed with nearly an hour of expertly crafted pop-culture opinions,

this podcast is definitely worth the wait. Nobody walks that line between pretentious and self-deprecating like us.

For music this week, we go up to Canada for John K. Samson, down to Alabama for the Alabama Shakes, and over to Sweden with First Aid Kit.

Check back soon for more.

Ep. 34: Would a Capybara even eat a Lambchop?

Hey everyone, we have a good one for you this time around!

We start things off with some music. Spencer

talked about the new Andrew Bird album while Allan delves into Cabybara and Grant hardly scratches

the surface of the new Lamchop album.

We talk a bit about the Academy Awards and then Grant discussed The Iron Lady a bit. We also talk awhile about the movie Chronicle.

Grant also has a few things to say about the new shooter Syndicate.

We hope you like it!

Ep. 33: How are we only on Episode 33?

Hey gang! We have a short and sweet one for you this time around. Just Grant and Spencer getting down to business.

Spencer talks some about Shearwater, including some theories around the origin of their band name. Grant settles for buy viagra no prescription a quick and

somewhat concise biography for the band Lucius.

Grant then gets way too excited explaining why The Secret World of Arrietty is one of the better Studio Ghibli releases and why Senna is a documentary you should not have missed last year.

Lastly, a few more minutes about Kingdoms of Amalur since Grant is still dragging his feet about

finishing it up.
